Project Description

RW Sleighter provided architecture and engineering services for the design of the new Connellsville Housing Authority’s administrative offices. The new office building needed to fit the narrow lot the Housing Authority owned adjacent to their current facility. The design included 2 executive offices, 2 managerial offices, a client interview room, private and public restrooms, maintenance staff office and storage room, conference room, employee lounge and kitchenette, and mechanical room. The entire office is a fully accessible facility with a multi-zone HVAC system.  The project included Building Code permits, Land Development, Erosion and Sediment Control, and Stormwater Management permits. Geotechnical studies, and zoning approvals were also performed for the project.
