Project Description

RW Sleighter provided surveying, mapping, architecture and engineering design services for the construction of a new administrative office building for the Housing Authority of the County of Greene.  This project was designed on a former residential lot located in a busy commercial district of Waynesburg, PA.  The project included demolition of existing structures to accommodate the new construction.  The project was a complete redesign of the site including land development and zoning permits, grading and new parking lot design, public utility connection design, and stormwater management permits.  The building design provided a modern 5,000 square foot facility for the housing authority which included a full basement utilized by the maintenance staff for offices and storage. The new office building includes executive and administrative offices, a conference room, rental reception area, maintenance offices, accessible restrooms and storage.
